Our law office, founded by Atty. Mazlum Kaya, provides legal advice and litigation representation to individual and corporate clients. Together with fellow lawyers and other professional partners, the office approaches legal disputes with regard to the entire process, not merely the outcome.
Conscious that legal proceedings are not only technical but also tiring and uncertain periods for those involved, our office attaches importance to clients clearly understanding the legal situation they face, being properly informed at every stage, and feeling secure.

Our office operates from Istanbul. Each matter is accepted under a written agreement that clearly sets out the scope of representation and the basis of fees.
Meetings are conducted by appointment. In-person meetings are given priority; telephone or video meetings are also used according to the client's circumstances and needs.

The office is in Mecidiyeköy, Şişli, near the Istanbul courthouses before which most of its files are heard.

Each matter is handled under the responsibility of a named lawyer, by the same team throughout.

The matter is set out and the available documents examined. No opinion is given before the file has been read.

The applicable remedies, the limitation periods, the likely duration and the anticipated costs are set out in writing.

Power of attorney and retainer
Representation begins once a power of attorney is issued and a written retainer recording the scope of the work and the fee is signed.

Conduct and reporting
Submissions are prepared and filed, hearings attended, and the client informed of every step taken in the file.
